What are your business hours?

We operate during weekly business hours from 9:00 am to 5:00 PM Monday-Friday. Email or Text us on weekends if you can not wait until normal business hours. You can easily reach our office via phone, email, and text.  

Are You Available After Hours?

For after normal work hours,Saturday and Sunday Responses will require an After Hours fee of $100.00, which opens the weekends and timeframes for contractual deadlines only for the duration of the contract, per transaction.  

I’m a new Agent/Brokerage and would like to enlist services, what do I need to start?

  • Review the Preliminary Title Report

  • Review all contract forms/addendum before sent to client 

  • Complete your own Agent Visual Inspection Disclosure

  • Attend any onsite inspections or appointments

  • Negotiate repairs and any changes in contract

  • Provide a full and complete checklist of documents required by your broker.

  • Provide exact wording on any addendum

Am I responsible for the transaction if it’s cancelled?

No.

Yes! We use a tool called CognitoForms to collect your information and it is very secure. We do not share your information with anyone and we have strict guidelines to keep your information and your client's information safe. We keep the files for up to 5 years.
